Terms of Use and Software License — In Case of Emergency Binder

Who you are dealing with. You Are Infinity is a software brand of MCMLV1 LLC, a Florida limited liability company. MCMLV1 LLC develops, publishes, and licenses the Emergency Binder.

1. License

The Emergency Binder is currently sold as a perpetual household license. A valid purchaser may activate it on devices used within the purchaser's household. The license key is for that household and should not be published, resold, or shared publicly outside the household. Your Binder entries, backup files, and printed output remain your information; MCMLV1 LLC does not claim ownership of the Binder contents you create.

2. Purchase and refunds

The Emergency Binder is currently sold through Gumroad, which handles checkout and provides the purchase and license information used for activation. The product currently has a 30-day refund policy as stated on the product page and Gumroad listing.

3. Organizational tool — not professional advice

The Emergency Binder is a household organizational tool. It is not legal, medical, tax, financial, or emergency advice and does not replace a will, trust, advance directive, professional care, emergency services, or advice from a qualified professional.

4. Local data, device security, backups, and printouts

The Binder stores its working contents locally on your device/browser rather than in an MCMLV1 account. The app does not have its own separate PIN or password lock. You are responsible for using an appropriately secured device.

Backup files created by the Binder are not encrypted and may include resized photos. Anyone with access to a backup file may be able to read its contents. Printed copies are also readable by anyone who can access them. Store backup files and printed copies in secure places appropriate for the information they contain. Consider keeping an appropriate printed copy where trusted people can reach it when needed.

MCMLV1 LLC cannot recover Binder contents that exist only on a lost, damaged, cleared, reset, or erased device/browser. Use the Binder's backup and print features as appropriate.

5. Connectivity, installation, and updates

Internet access is required to load/install the application and verify a license during activation. After successful activation and installation, the Binder is designed to continue normal use offline, subject to the device/browser retaining the local application files, entitlement, and data. When online, normal application update checks may occur.

6. Warranty and legal rights

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the software is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Nothing in these terms limits rights, remedies, warranties, or liabilities that applicable law does not allow to be excluded or limited.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, except where mandatory consumer law or other applicable law requires otherwise.

8. Acceptance and later changes

For new activations using this app version, activation requires an affirmative checkbox agreeing to these terms and acknowledging the privacy and local-data notices. A later website edit does not silently rewrite the license terms already accepted, except where required by law or expressly agreed.
